We know you, like everybody want to have full head of fresh hair but hair loss is common for everyone and it is not important you are man or woman؛ this problem is going to suffer you. But if you are a woman and have a hair loss, you should know it is unrespectable in society.

  • Caffeine: maybe it is weird but according to research if you drink caffe, your hair will grow up faster.
  • Bone broth: to have a fresh hair, your body needs protein, calcium and amino acids. So don’t forget use bone broth in your diet.
  • Vitamins: vitamin D and B are very helpful to have full head of hair. If you don’t use it directly, you can compensation by food which one has those vitamins.

  • Sugar: if you want imbalances your hormones and lose your hair, use a lot of sugar in your diet because it is one of the leaders to fall your hair down.
  • Fatty food: if your diet has fatty foods, you should have expected hair loss. Fatty foods have trans fatty acids that can increase hair loss so pay attention about your diet because it can change your body function.
